What it does
Analytics on the audit trail
Fabric IQ reads from the ledger directly. Same data, same authority model, same immutability guarantees. The analytics IS the audit.
Standard data tooling
Fabric is Microsoft's enterprise data platform. Fabric IQ uses standard Fabric workflows — Lakehouse, semantic models, Power BI dashboards. Familiar tooling, no bespoke pipeline.
One query across construction + insurance + finance
Because everything lands on one ledger, Fabric IQ can query across all domains. 'Show me every project where the construction lender, surety, and insurance carrier all participated' is one query.
How it works
Ledger events stream to Fabric
Confidential Ledger receipts publish to a Fabric eventstream. Lakehouse tables stay current within minutes of ledger writes.
Read access matches the ledger
Fabric IQ inherits the AAD authority model. A user who can't read a project's ledger entries can't read them in Fabric either. No separate auth boundary to manage.
Familiar query interface
Fabric Lakehouse exposes T-SQL. Existing analytics engineers can query the ledger like any other warehouse — no specialized blockchain tooling.
Query the ledger at any point
The ledger's append-only nature means time-travel queries are natural. 'Show me what every project's evidence state was at midnight last quarter-end' is a standard operation.
